Overall Opinion:

I like EVL Evlution Nutrition Stacked Protein a little bit more than average, so I rate it a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

This protein powder uses a blend of 5 different proteins.

I like the idea of this because it may provide an extended release and absorption of protein and in turn prolonged muscle protein synthesis.

It uses fast, medium, and slow digesting proteins to achieve this.

It also has 5 grams of glutamine, 11 grams of naturally occurring essential amino acids (EAAs), 5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), and 2.6 grams of Leucine.

These may all help with muscle growth, recovery, protein synthesis, and improved muscle size.

It also includes a digestive enzyme blend, which may help support absorption of the proteins and ingredients.

This protein powder is super easy to use and is “instantized” so you can just mix it up with a spoon!

I love when you can do this with protein powders because it just makes it that much easier to use.

You can also take this protein powder at any time, day or night, which is nice.

It recommends you take it 30 minutes before working out or right after, in order to help with muscle recovery.

This protein tastes good and is very reasonably priced.

There are just a few things I don’t really like about this protein powder.

My concern with protein blends is that you never really know how much of the quality ingredients are actually used.

They list some quality proteins such as whey protein isolate and micellar casein, but we just don’t know specifics.

This is just something to keep in mind as opposed to products that use 100% of one quality protein source.

Another thing I don’t like is that there isn’t any sort of money back guarantee and there isn’t even a refund or return policy.

The only way you can get a refund, return, or exchange, is if the product was damaged in transit.

What a bummer!

However, overall, I think this protein powder is better than average and has some good qualities to it.

Detailed Opinion:

Ease of Use

EVL Evlution Nutrition Stacked Protein is really easy to use.

It’s instantized so it mixes up super quick.

Just mix 1 rounded scoop of protein with 6 oz. with your choice of beverage such as water, skim milk, or unsweetened almond milk.

It’s specially formulated so you can just mix it up with a spoon.

This makes it super convenient!

It only takes about 10 seconds of stirring, mixing, or shaking to get it to a smooth consistency.

There aren’t any chunks or grit, which is a definite plus.

Taste

I tried EVL Stacked Protein in the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor.

I like the taste of this one.

It’s sweet but not overwhelming.

When I mixed it with water it was pretty good.

However, when I mixed it with almond milk, it made it taste more like a milkshake, which I liked!

There also isn’t any icky aftertaste, so that’s always good.

Macro Analysis

The breakdown of macros in each scoop (1 serving) of EVL Evlution Nutrition Stacked Protein is pretty solid.

There are 25 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs, and 130 calories per serving.

This is a good amount of protein for those looking to build some muscle and help with strength and recovery.

It’s relatively low in calories, fat, carbs, and sugar.

This may help with those looking to build lean muscle in particular.

Ingredient Drilldown

EVL Evlution Nutrition Stacked Protein uses a blend of 5 proteins to make up the 25 grams of protein per scoop.

The protein sources are a combination of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, micellar casein, and egg white protein.

The use of the 5 different proteins is meant to provide a fast, medium, and slow release and absorption of proteins.

Whey protein is very quick and easy to digest, offering up protein right away.

Egg white protein is medium digesting.

Micellar casein is the slowest digesting protein.

This provides an extended release and prolonged muscle protein synthesis.

There are 5 grams of glutamine per serving, which helps with muscle recovery.

Each serving also has 5 grams of BCAAs that aids in muscle growth.

2.6 grams of Leucine is used in each scoop to also help with preventing muscle breakdown.

An enzyme blend is also included, which may assist and support absorption in the body.

This protein powder is lower in carbs, calories, sugars, and fat.

It does contain milk and soy, so just be cautious if you’re allergic or sensitive to either.

Side Effects

I didn’t have any side effects when taking EVL Stacked Protein.

I felt great while supplementing with this protein.

I didn’t see any bloating or stomach pain, which is a definite plus.

This powder does contain milk and soy, so be aware if you’re allergic or sensitive.

It also uses sucralose, an artificial sweetener, which may cause minor side effects with some people.

Best Uses

This protein powder is best used for muscle growth, muscle recovery, and muscle strength.

There are 25 grams of protein in each serving and is low fat and low carb.

This is good for those looking to build lean muscle.

It’s suggested usage is 30 minutes prior to training in order to support muscle endurance and immediately after working out to help with muscle recovery.

Price/Value

EVL Stacked Protein costs $34.99 for 2 pounds of protein.

Each gram of protein ends up costing 5.59 cents.

This is very affordable and a little bit cheaper than your average protein.

The container has 25 servings, so $35 lasts you about a month.

I think it works out to be a good value for the price.

Guarantee

Unfortunately, EVL Evlution Nutrition doesn’t offer any sort of guarantee for their products.

Their website states that all sales are final.

I am really disappointed in this.

Even their return policy is incredibly strict.

They only offer refunds and exchanges when items are damaged in transit and you must email their customer service team beforehand to let them know of the damage.

I really wish they offered at least something for their customers.
