Overall Opinion:

I’m a big fan of AllMax IsoFlex after using it.

I ended up giving it 4/5 stars.

It has a lot of great things I like about it, but just a few drawbacks.

It’s a very high quality protein and uses 100% ultra-filtered whey protein isolate.

This is a great protein source and purer than other forms of whey.

Enzymes are added to the formula, making it even easier to digest and absorb.

The macros and amino acid profile are very solid.

It tastes amazing!  I really looked forward to drinking it as opposed to choking it down every day.

It’s lab tested and certified, gluten free, soy free, kosher, and has no sugar.

It’s a great option for those looking to build muscle and aid in recovery.

The price is also affordable and a good value.

The few things to watch out are that it’s not the most allergy friendly.

It contains MILK and PEANUTS.

There also isn’t a conventional guarantee in place, which is a total bummer.

All in all, I’m happy with this protein powder and would recommend it for those looking to build some mass or lean muscle.

Detailed Opinion:

Ease of Use

This protein powder is a breeze to use.

A unique, totally convenient feature is that the scoop locks into the opening of the container!

Once you screw off the lid, the scoop perfectly sits in place at the top, meaning you never have to dig into the abyss to find the scoop.

One less headache to worry about!

To use this protein, just take 1 rounded scoop and mix it with 5 ounces or ¾ cup of cold water or low-fat milk.

It says you can blend, mix, or shake.

I found the quickest and easiest results by using a shaker cup for about 10 seconds.

It mixes up into a great, smooth consistency.

Taste

I got this protein powder in the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor.

These are 2 of my favorite flavors and this product didn’t disappoint when it came to taste!

It’s a super rich taste that’s delicious.

It’s definitely sweet, so this is where preference comes into play.

I thought it was great and I actually loved the taste of it even when mixed with just water.

Kudos to an awesome tasting protein powder!

Macro Analysis

Let’s break down the all-mighty macros for this protein powder.

IsoFlex contains 27g protein, 0.5g fat, and 2g carbs.

It has 120 calories per serving, which is 1 rounded scoop.

These are great numbers!

It has a high protein amount along with low fat and carb content, which allows for muscle building (either lean or bulking) and aiding in recovery.

Ingredient Drilldown

AllMax IsoFlex has really high quality ingredients.

The sole source of protein is 100% Whey Protein Isolate, which is very desirable and very pure compared to other forms of whey.

The super specific ingredient list shows:  Hybrid-Ratio Ion-Filtered Whey Protein Isolate (Cross-Flow, Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Isolate, Ion-Charged Particle-Filtered Whey Protein Isolate, Alpha-Lactalbumin-Rich Whey Protein Isolate).

I really like that this particular protein source is used because it’s very easy for the body to digest and absorb.

It has essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and lists the amounts for each.

A protein enzyme blend is included in the formula, which is another great addition.

The blend includes Protease and Bromelain that help make it even easier for your body to digest and utilize the protein.

Every ingredient is lab tested, certified, and guaranteed.

It’s gluten free, soy free, Non-GMO, zero sugar, and is kosher dairy.

Side Effects

I didn’t have any negative side effects when taking this protein powder.

The ultra-filtered whey protein isolate did well with my stomach and didn’t cause any discomfort.

I felt great the whole time while taking it.

Please be aware that this product contains MILK (Whey) and PEANUTS.

These are big allergens and definitely take note if you’re allergic or sensitive.

It’s also produced in a factory that also handles soy, egg, tree nut, fish, and crustacean and shellfish products.

Best Uses

This protein powder is diverse and very accommodating to your specific needs.

It can be used at any time, day or night, and before or after working out.

It’s best suited for those looking to build and maintain muscle (either lean muscle or mass).

This protein may also help with muscle recovery and overall performance.

Price/Value

AllMax IsoFlex is $39.99 for a 2-pound container.

You get roughly 30 servings per each container.

This winds up being 4.93 cents per gram of protein.

That price is incredibly affordable and even less expensive than average.

I think it’s a great value for your money and you get a quality product.

Guarantee

Unfortunately, AllMax Nutrition doesn’t seem to offer a conventional guarantee and they also don’t let you buy it directly from their website.

This is a major letdown!

I really wish they had a guarantee in place for their customers.

However, they do mention an AllMax Quality Guarantee.

AllMax Nutrition says on their site that every ingredient added and every lot produced is laboratory-tested for purity and potency to ensure consistent product quality and integrity every time, guaranteed.

It says that IsoFlex goes through an exclusive ALLMAX 5-Stage Quality Testing protocol and they’re so confident in the quality of their product that it’s completely guaranteed.

They suggest testing their product, and they guarantee it passes every time or they pay for your testing and refund your purchase.

So it seems like the only way you can get your money back is if you have the product professional tested.

Luckily, they list quite a few places where you can buy the product, such as BodyBuilding.com, Vitacost, iHerb, The Vitamin Shoppe, Nutrition Express, Best Price Nutrition, and Lucky Vitamin.

Depending on where you get it from, they may offer their own guarantee.

For instance, I bought mine from BodyBuilding.com.

There they have a 90-day money-back guarantee.

So just be sure to check with whatever store you buy it from to see what their specific policies are.
